Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and sales to determine project time frames, labor, materials, and budgets.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to produce detailed estimates within designated time frames and budgets.
• Conduct cost comparisons, evaluate financial impacts, and identify cost-saving strategies.
• Manage project costs, communicate effectively with internal and external team members, and participate in bid review meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with in-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing situations.
