APX Construction Group LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our innovative team. As an Estimator, you will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to determine project costs and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to complete estimates within specified time frames, budgets, and scopes.
• Analyze project plans to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Manage project costs, conduct cost comparisons, and identify cost-saving strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction materials, and pricing fluctuations.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
