Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join a top-producing company in Kalispell, MT. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2 to 4 workers, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining efficiency, and fostering a positive team environment. You will oversee job sites, complete projects as per schedule, and utilize your leadership, framing, and blueprint reading skills.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of Carpentry or Construction experience.
- Lead experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
- Strong work ethic, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clean background, reliable transportation, and cell phone.
- Own tools preferred.
