Facilities Equipment Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Equipment Engineer to join Middle River Aerostructure Systems in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you will manage industrial equipment availability, maintain critical spares, coordinate equipment servicing, and establish uptime performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Update equipment listings and servicing requirements to maximize uptime.
• Define and secure critical spares for production equipment.
• Maintain appropriate levels of spares, track purchase orders and monitor suppliers.
• Establish equipment uptime health board and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with macro and VBA tools creation.
• Basic understanding of CNC and Robotic equipment.
• Ability to read OEM drawings and Electrical Schematics.

Desired Characteristics

• 3+ years' experience in Aerospace Assembly, Machine Shop, or Composites Manufacturing.
• Mechanical and Electrical Drawing interpretation and creation.
• Continuous Improvement and CAD design skills.
• Inventory management experience and Additive Manufacturing knowledge.
