Job Description

We are looking for a talented National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our team at Develon. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Government contracts. This role involves managing relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure the uptime of machines and address service and parts needs promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Government contracts.
  • Act as a communication link between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
  • Build strong relationships with dealerships and customers for efficient information sharing.
  • Coordinate service and parts needs with the Develon Parts department.
  • Conduct product training programs for service managers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Develon Heavy products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel 25 - 50%.
