Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our expanding team. The position involves performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repairs for our products at customer sites nationwide. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Astrophysics products.
• Complete all service documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide technical phone support and customer training when required.
• Promote service contracts and repeat x-ray purchases to customers.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field, or 2-7 years of technical support experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to various work sites.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
