Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations throughout shifts.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Participate in cleaning and upkeep of Food and Beverage areas, ensuring high standards.
- Follow specified standards for preparing and serving food and beverages.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of related experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
