Food Expeditor - Prior experience as a Food Runner or Server is a plus but not required

We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic people to be the heart of our kitchens. Our GOTOs are the liaison between the front of the house and heart of the house. They finish the food that comes from the kitchen with garnishes and sauces and put together orders to be served to our guests. This position is a fit for anyone looking to grow a career in the culinary arts. You will learn about flavor profiles, food trends from around the world, and work with both the cooks and servers to form a single team. Weekends and holiday availability are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Front of House (FOH) Associates and Heart of House (HOH) Associates.
• Complete final garnish of plates, ensure plate presentation meets Silver Diner specs, and organize orders.
• Communicate with the HOH Expo to ensure timely pick-up and delivery to guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude, adhere to uniform standards, and follow SMG scoring standards for Speed of Service & Accuracy of Order.
