Shift: Night Shift (7PM - 7AM)

As a Food Production Operations Supervisor at Shearer's, you will be responsible for leading a team in a manufacturing environment to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. You will provide direction, leadership, and support to drive team performance and empower employees. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate operations and activities within various departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant floor activities to maintain high-quality production standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation and training of hourly personnel.
• Utilize data to evaluate and enhance work processes.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams to coordinate operations.
• Establish and manage work schedules.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in food science, operations management, engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Bilingual - Spanish and English proficiency is a plus.
