Job Description
Join the Thomas Ranch Team at Arete Collective LP as a Frontline Associate in a first-of-its-kind 2,200-acre inspired master-planned community. This position combines elements of a ranch hand with house manager responsibilities, including landscaping, housekeeping, gardening tasks, and errand running for staff and tenants. We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, integrity, and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities
- Groundskeeping and landscaping
- Light housekeeping and internal staff support
- Errand running as required
- Assist with event logistics, budgets, invoicing, and reporting
What You Will Do
- Water plants and handle trash removal
- Feed animals, tend to the garden, manage weeds, and maintain the lawn
- Perform various maintenance tasks and run errands as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of pool, pond, and vehicles
- Execute grocery runs, office cleaning, and bedroom preparations
- Assist with painting, furniture moves, and ranch gate maintenance
- Additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidates Are/Have

- Ability to work independently and take pride in their work
- Prior country club or high-end resort experience preferred
- Transportation, ability to lift 50-75 pounds, and full-time availability at Spicewood location
Compensation
$15-20 hourly wage
