• Proficiently operate and maintain machine shop equipment.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse projects across various industries like agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and vintage/restoration.
• Estimate project requirements accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout projects.
• Perform a range of machine shop tasks including engine rebuilds, machining, and parts reconditioning.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical inclination is essential.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly.
• Physical capabilities include standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, and sitting.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
