Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse jobs across various industries including agriculture, high-performance, and vintage/restoration.
• Provide accurate job estimates and ensure timely delivery according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout projects.
• Perform a wide range of machine shop tasks such as engine rebuilds and part reconditioning.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
