Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager to lead CMG Services LLC with a focus on overall leadership, operations management, business development, financial management, team management, resource allocation, quality assurance, and reporting to stakeholders. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success by ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure company growth and profitability.
- Oversee all operational aspects, including project management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
