Job Description

We are looking for a Grocery Manager to join Product Connections, a field-based retail position with a focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership. As a Full-time employee, you will manage a team of up to 25 members, overseeing event scheduling, team development, and fostering relationships with store management.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate team for successful event execution.
  • Hire, develop, and retain team members to ensure timely event delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with store personnel and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for event success.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Food safety manager certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks in a retail setting.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a retail grocery warehouse with moderate to high noise levels, exposure to cold conditions, and handling food products and cleaning chemicals.
