Quality Enterprises USA, Inc., a leading heavy civil construction company, is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Naples, FL. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing various heavy construction equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment.
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure proper performance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service attachments.
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
• Generate detailed reports and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and hold a valid CDL license.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
