Responsibilities

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning processes.
• Deliver professional nursing services following established care plans.
• Promote positive outcomes through collaborative practices and resource utilization.
• Document accurately and concisely to support evidence of quality care and compliance.
• Cultivate positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrate accountability in work tasks.

Requirements

• Completion of nursing education from an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
• Excellent clinical nursing skills and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for effective patient care planning.
• CPR certification required.
