Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aids to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods team. As a Home Health Aid, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities to enhance their daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
