We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. A CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of MA is required. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
