We are looking for dedicated Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Notify management of any changes in resident conditions and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Assist residents with life skills activities and enriching experiences.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and contribute to a supportive community environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Available Shifts

Part-time shifts available from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. Full-time shift from 2pm-10pm with alternating weekends.
