Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Hospice Clinical Director, providing compassionate care to terminally ill patients. As the Clinical Director, you will oversee operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hospice and palliative care regulations, standards, and laws.
• Evaluate and improve office performance through financial and quality reports.
• Develop training programs for staff and coordinate services.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Home Care and other clinical directors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of management and 2 years of clinical nursing experience in hospice.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and data analysis.
• Computer literacy and willingness to travel as required.
• CPR certification.
