Job Description
Interim HealthCare Hospice is seeking dedicated Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing comfort and support to patients and their families during a significant season of life. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial/comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs.
- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) and healthcare team.
- Provide ongoing physical and psychosocial assessments to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- Twelve months of recent RN experience; hospice care experience preferred.
