Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BCI Construction INC. This position will involve supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive employee experience.

Primary Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screenings, interviews, and background checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS databases.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience is a plus.
