Job Description
Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing policies and directing human resource activities, including employment, compensation, labor relations, and benefits. As the Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in managing employee benefits, providing support for employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing compensation plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits, administer benefit plans, and communicate policy modifications to employees.
- Provide representation for unemployment claims and support staff in addressing legal compliance issues.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and Equal Opportunity regulations.
- Advise and counsel on compensation plans and monitor market competitiveness.
- Communicate changes in regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Participate in facility committees and collaborate with the payroll department for timely processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field and four years of experience in human resource management/support.
- Advanced knowledge of human resource management procedures and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in records management, inclusiveness, and ability to provide relevant feedback.
Compensation
Yearly Salary: $67,728.00 - $101,574.00
