Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Riot Blockchain is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Rockdale, TX. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment to compliance, and working closely with departmental leaders to ensure successful implementation of HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Lead employee development in areas like employment law and performance management.
• Coordinate performance reviews, career planning, and training initiatives.
• Participate in strategic goal-setting with the leadership team.
• Oversee leave of absences, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Monitor unemployment claims and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and in a dynamic environment.
