Job Description

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join Miller's Home Center, a family-owned company in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to building better communities. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, building relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions. You will work onsite at our store, engaging with existing customers and walk-ins, preparing estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to existing customers and make effective sales presentations.
  • Establish and assess customer requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare estimates and handle sales processes.
  • Maximize gross margin dollar potential.
  • Assist with customer service problems and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience with business-to-business commerce and Internet communication software preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service, public speaking, or training role preferred.
