LC Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a building products supply company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your sales career in a vibrant industry. Pay

$20 to $22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage customer product needs and design specifications.
• Act as a vital link between various departments and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries related to product selection, orders, pricing, complaints, and more.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, work orders, and sales tickets.
• Input and process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate special product purchases and deliveries.
• Provide product information, maintain stock levels, and operate the cash register.
• Initiate sales calls and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge.
• Offer technical support and assistance to drafting and engineering teams.
• Analyze and size lumber products using appropriate software.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in the building material industry with a deep understanding of products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
