Inside Sales / Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales / Service Associate to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. In this role, you will assist customers in determining their supply needs, recommending products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also support outside sales representatives and collaborate with different departments to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and suggest appropriate products
• Upsell additional products and supplies to customers
• Process sales orders and answer customer inquiries
• Coordinate customer pick-ups and delivery schedules
• Resolve service concerns and address customer queries
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental procedures
• Make recommendations for new product lines and pricing strategies
• Attend relevant product training sessions and trade shows

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute daily routines efficiently
• Knowledge of sales products and industry trends
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, MS Office/Excel)

Certifications

• Valid driver's license
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification
• Forklift Operator Certification
