Job Description
We are hiring an Installation Site Superintendent to join our team at LC Staffing. Pay
$52,000 to $67,000 annually, depending on experience.Schedule

Responsibilities
- Compile operational and personnel records.
- Conduct employee training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques.
- Counsel employees and correct job-skill deficiencies.
- Determine work schedules based on priority and personnel.
- Inspect and verify completed work against standards.
- Interpret specifications and blueprints.
- Patrol work areas for safety compliance.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure tool inventories and maintenance.
- Perform repair and maintenance operations.
- Maintain communication with personnel and customers.
- Communicate safety guidelines to workers.
Requirements
- Two to five years of relevant experience.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security systems.
- Background Check and US Government Security Clearance.
- Periodic drug testing.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to travel extensively.
