As part of our CX solutions team, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and provide professional customer service experiences without cold calling. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service calls.
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers while navigating screens.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to excel with a reputable company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background check.
