Job Description
CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider, is looking for a Full-Time IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our Technical Department in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring IT infrastructure, maintaining documentation, generating reports, managing IT assets, providing top-notch customer service, and more. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure for issues and security threats.
- Documentation of processes and procedures.
- Reporting on system and network health, performance, and security.
- Asset inventory maintenance and compliance.
- Alert management and issue resolution.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate or SolarWinds N-central.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of IT security principles.
- Scripting language proficiency (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
