IT Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team at Mill Run. As an IT Systems Engineer - Intune/Entra Admin, you will play a crucial role in architecting, implementing, and supporting mobile device solutions and identity and authentication systems for our Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra.

Responsibilities

• Manage iOS, Android, and Windows devices using Intune.
• Architect solutions within Intune in collaboration with vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks using PowerShell and Excel.
• Implement Single Sign-On for enterprise applications.
• Manage Workforce & Customer Identity within Entra ID.
• Implement and manage Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer on Tier III mobile/Intune issues.
• Manage other Microsoft 365 Admin platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated initiative in finding solutions and problem-solving.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with end users and vendors.
• 1-3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management platform.
• 1-2 years of experience in On-Prem and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of Group policy and MDM configurations.

Must be able to lift computer and networking equipment.
