Job Description
Greenfield Store is looking to hire a Full-Time Janitor to join our team at the University & Greenfield location in Mesa, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility. This includes cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, and addressing special cleaning requests as needed.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leadership of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Safeguard company property by reporting any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as cleaning spills, stocking refrigerators, setting up conference rooms, and maintaining restrooms.
- Ensure cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols for chemical cleaners and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in janitorial services or related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record where applicable.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
