Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Rural Store located at 805 E Guadalupe Rd, Tempe, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, trash disposal, and other tasks as needed. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and customers.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
• Safeguard company property and report incidents.
• Perform cleaning tasks including spills, stocking, and restroom maintenance.
• Clean floors, furniture, windows, and fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of janitorial or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR, if required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficient in English.
