We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at our facility by performing various janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash, and ensuring a safe environment for all.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Responsibilities
- Notify leader of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Safeguard company property by reporting any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession.
- Clean and maintain the facility, including restrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
- Stock refrigerators and set up conference rooms as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures for using cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of janitorial service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in English.
