Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Happy Valley Store located at 1565 W Happy Valley Rd, Phoenix, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, performing a variety of janitorial duties including cleaning restrooms, floors, trash removal, stocking supplies, and ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
• Safeguard company property.
• Assist with building repairs or additions.
• Stock and clean conference rooms and restrooms.
• Dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clean floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR where applicable.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency in English.
