Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. The role involves performing janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash, dusting, and handling special cleaning requests as needed.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notifies leader of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
- Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
- Cleans up spills, stocks supplies, and sets up conference rooms.
- Services and cleans restrooms, handles trash and recycling, and cleans building floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Follows safety procedures and Goodwill core values.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
- One year experience in janitorial services or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen, where applicable.
- Proficient in English.
