Lawn Care Applicator

Job Description

Wise Landscaping is currently looking for a licensed Lawncare Applicator to join our team in Dayton. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for providing fertilization and weed control for the turf and ornamental landscapes of our commercial clients. This position offers growth opportunities within the company, leading to managerial roles such as Turf Manager and Associate Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional work on all assigned jobs.
• Perform production tasks within specified labor and material budgets.
• Maintain and stock the truck with necessary products, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment across all work sites.
• Participate actively in team meetings and complete all duties safely.
• Diagnose turf issues and generate new leads for enhancements.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current pesticide applicator license.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.
• Proficiency in using job management and fleet management software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
