Lead Care Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided to our residents in alignment with individualized service plans and company policies. This role may require working variable hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support for Care Managers, including managing attendance, documenting care provided, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Support meal service in the dining room and maintain hospitality standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required in some states).
• Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for them.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in computer skills, organizational, and time management.
