Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle and resolution of assigned Problems.
  • Coordinate actions to fix issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Maintain inventory of problems and progress status in ServiceNow.
  • Identify and propose process improvements.
  • Mentor Service Support Specialists.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of related experience in Consumer Banking or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 1+ years of risk management experience.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
