Job Description
Join our team at Property Management, Inc. (PMI) as a full-time Leasing Agent in State College, PA. We are looking for a candidate with residential apartment management experience, though a PA Real Estate License is a plus (we'll cover the cost for you to obtain it). Role and Responsibilities
- Offer guided tours to potential residents.
- Follow up with potential residents via emails and phone calls.
- Complete leasing and marketing reports promptly.
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins outside regular hours.
- Answer phones and direct callers accordingly.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Support administrative functions as needed.
- Experience with Yardi is beneficial.
Requirements
- Prior experience in multi-family housing.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not obligatory.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transport.
- High School Diploma or GED.
