Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Stennis Space Center, MS

Choctaw Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family Programs. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health and human performance services to enhance the well-being of Special Operations Forces and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services and interventions to address psychological and neuropsychological disorders
  • Conduct clinical research and investigations in behavioral health
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, commanders, and other stakeholders on patient treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports

Qualifications

  • Master of Social Work degree accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in any U.S. state
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical social work, preferably in a government setting
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance

Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Adherence to safety, health, and environmental protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Regular attendance and completion of required trainings

Desired Experience

  • Prior military or Special Operations experience
  • Experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status

  • Participation in staff rides on specialized vehicles for better understanding of operational environments
  • Publish papers and reports related to behavioral health and human performance
