We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Representative to join our team at Teleperformance USA. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with care.
• Deliver excellent customer service through active listening.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Efficiently resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers, including retention efforts.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate price plan.
• Handle sensitive situations related to healthcare with compassion.

Requirements

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Familiarity with desktop computer systems.
• Hold a home state Life & Health Insurance License.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Windows OS.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Active Personal Lines License.
