Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services for assigned unit/hall under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their work performance.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to ensure timely interventions.
- Notify attending physicians of emergencies and implement changes in orders as necessary.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide exceptional geriatric nursing care.
- Current CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training and education.
