Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
