Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for various shifts at Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
