Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Elm Wood on a Part-Time basis. As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care under the direction of an RN, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
