Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rochester Manor. This part-time position on evenings offers incredible shift differentials and a range of benefits including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment, Tuition Assistance, and various compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
