Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. The role involves assisting in the direction of nursing services, monitoring patient conditions, and implementing physician orders. Responsibilities
- Assist in the direction of nursing services for unit/hall under RN supervision.
- Observe patients for symptoms and monitor general physical and mental condition.
- Notify attending physician of emergencies and implement changes in orders.
- Delegate duties and ensure quality nursing care for patients.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care, follow doctors' orders, and interest in geriatric nursing.
Experience in healthcare and a genuine passion for helping others are highly valued.
