Responsibilities

• Collaborate with LTSS providers and account management to monitor staffing levels and offer assistance with staffing gaps.
• Conduct virtual and in-person job fairs to assist with recruitment efforts.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local colleges, universities, workforce commissions, agencies, and community groups.
• Provide support to members by offering education and assistance with accessing employment benefits, referrals, webinars, and forums on self-direction.
• Monitor and expand alternative payment models with LTSS providers to incentivize high-quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care, Sociology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in employment specialist, workforce development, job coach, HR, client services, or community relations.
• Community Health Worker Certification preferred.

Pay Range

$25.44 - $45.76 per hour
