Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Laurel Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
